Returns shall be approved in advance, and must be covered by a Return of Goods Authorization. Please contact our order desk to obtain your RGA number and return instructions. The return must be shipped to VIT Products, Inc. freight prepaid.

Credit is issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Credit is subject to a 20% restock fee and a repair charge as needed. Any discounts taken in payment for that item will be deducted from the credit as well.

Credit is issued on account to be applied to future purchases. Any of our quality products may be purchased to offset a credit on account.

Freight Terms FOB Escondido. Customer assumes freight when order leaves our dock.

Delivery Inspection Suggestions

Please inspect this shipment. For your protection, damage caused by freight must be reported to freight carrier on the bill of lading at time of delivery. Discrepancies must be reported to our office within 72 hours from receipt.

Return Freight Requirements

Protect thoroughly, multiple items must be separated w/cardboard, units must be upright & secured on pallet. Return to factory w/copy of RGA within 30 days. Unit must be free of scratches and able for resale as new. Final credit will be given upon return to factory and inspection. Un-repairable items will be returned to customer.

Quote Terms & Limitations

Quotes expire after 60 days. Please call for new quote after that date. Items are stocked unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the quote number when placing an order.
